You get a professional, performance-optimized landing page (one-pager) built with Next.js. This includes design, development, SEO foundation, a contact form with email delivery, your domain, and 12 months of hosting — all for a fixed price.
After our 30-minute discovery call, you'll receive a digital onboarding kit to fill in your content (logo, copy, colors, preferences). Once I have everything, the 7-day clock starts. I work focused on your project — no unnecessary back-and-forth. One round of revisions is included after the first delivery. Payment is split to 50% upfront to kick off the project, and 50% upon launch.
Your logo, the copy for each section, brand colors, and any reference sites or visual preferences. The more complete your onboarding kit, the faster I can deliver. If you need help with copy or brand direction, I offer that as an add-on.
After the first year, you have two options. You can continue with a maintenance plan for €100/year — this covers hosting, domain renewal, minor updates, and priority support. Or you can take full ownership of the site for a one-time handover fee of €50, after which you manage hosting and domain yourself.
Minor text updates (copy tweaks, contact details) I handle free of charge during the first year. For larger changes like new sections, features, or redesigns, I offer flexible upgrade packages.
